SC (R) Senator Joe Wilson caught in the act of a voicestrous, unprofessional outburst during yesterday's Presidential Address to Congress regarding HR 3200 House Healthcare Reform Bill. I am awestruck and really disappointed....as if the State of South Carolina isn't still recovering from Governnor Mark Sanford's extra-marital affair with Argentina native, Maria Belen Chapur, a 43-year-old divorcee and high-powered international businesswoman.
